An unusual or allergic reaction to hydroxyzine, cetirizine, other medications, foods, dyes or preservatives; Pregnant or trying to get pregnant; Breast-feeding Patients over 65 years old may have a stronger reaction and need a smaller dose
Adult Initially 25 mg daily, dose to be taken at night; increased if necessary to 25 mg 3–4 times a day
